It's Cold outside!
It sure is cold here- although to our family in Michigan it would probably feel very warm. But the kids just arn't used
to the cold weather. They hate wearing jackets, won't wear hats and don't even own boots. They want to go barefoot
at the park!! I tell them- IT'S COLD OUT! But they don't seem to care. So they run outside in just a thin jacket and
come back two minutes later because "It's Cold Mom!" Oh well, hopefully it will warm up here again soon. Last night I wanted Sophie to sleep with braids in her hair so her hair would be nice
and wavy for church this morning. When it was tine to go to bed she whined that they were hurting her head so I took them
all out except the one on the very top of her head. This morning that part was super curly! She felt it and started crying
because she did not want curly hair. It was very funny. The only way to get her to stop being upset was to comb out all the
curl- I will remind her of this if she ever wants to get her hair permed in the future! Grandma Tuy is
here visiting. We went to the outlet Mall yesterday and are having a really fun time with her. We are lucky she lives close
enough to come visit for the weekend!

Aquarium Trip with my Girls
Yesterday I took the girls to the Charleston Aquarium. I picked up Sophie from Pre-School at 11:30 and we went right there.
I packed the girls some chicken nuggets and grapes for lunch and they ate them on the drive. It took me about 20 min to get
to down town Charleston. I drive there all the time so I actually KNOW where I am going! We got to park in the parking
garage and Sophie thought that was pretty neat. I didn't bring the stroller into the Aquarium
with me because I thought that Vangie would want to walk...... yeah, right! Suddenly she was "scared" of everything
and I had to carry her everywhere! AND I had to carry my huge purse. My arms definitely received their workout yesterday. It was fun to look at all the fish and the alligators and snakes. We bought a family membership
so we will be able to gfo back as much as we want before we move at the end of May.

Back to School
Joey and Sophie started back to school today. They were excited and so was I! Today was Sophie's day to bring a snack
for her class so we brought chocolate pudding and Apple Juice.
It was a beautiful Sunny day here in Goose Creek.
We went for a family bike ride. Stella went with us and jogged about 4 miles. That dog has SO MUCH ENERGY!
Chris
starts working a 7 day "swing" shift starting tomorrow he will start at 11:30am and work until 11:30pm. So I will
see him for about 3 hours every morning. Its only for 7 days and then he gets two days off before he starts another 7 day
shift.
I took Joey and Sophie out of Gymnastics, they have been doing it for a few months and I think they are
getting bored with it. I am going to sign them up for T-ball this spring.
