The Schmitt family is divided into two distinct forces this Halloween- the "Good" side- consisting of Super mom, Green and Pink Power Rangers and the "Dark" side- Scary Dad and lil' Devil.  The five of us will be out in full force come Halloween! 

Well, I cannot believe I am actually writing this, but WE SOLD OUR HOUSE!!! We have signed the majority of the paperwork with our Realtor last night, and we "Close" on November 16th.  The price is much, much, much lower than what we wanted and originally thought that we would get when we moved in two years ago. However; we didn't know THEN that the housing market was going to take such a huge hit. So, in this market to sell a house AT ALL is a huge feat.  God has a plan for our family and this whole "house debacle" has only made us stronger as a family. Thank you to all our friends and family for your continued prayers for us as we have gone through these past few very stressful months.
   We are moving into an apartment in Howell, MI - which is about 15 miles away from our Fowlerville house- and actually closer to Chris's work. We will start moving in on November 7th. Laura's brothers are going to help us move the big stuff and it should only take us a day or two to get everything moved. We should be in our apartment until January or February and then we will do our "Big" move down south to live in our Fifth Wheel.
   The kids are super excited about our upcoming moves and think it is an exciting adventure -Because it is! We are the luckiest family to live such an exciting life.

EDITED TO ADD: Happy Wedding Anniversary to Chris and Laura, Married 6 years today and more in love than ever.

Hopefully the days of 80+ degree weather are behind us now. Today the high is 57 degrees and it feels very "fallish" here in Fowlerville. The kids and I are going to pick out some pumpkins at the pumpkin patch tomorrow. Then we will roast some pumpkin seeds, yummy!

Today the kids and I picked fresh raspberries. It was a lot of fun and the kids liked it. Evangeline ate the most!
 
Chris and I also went out on a "date" on the motorcycle while Grandma was here visiting- finally someone to watch the kids!

Joey is doing well in preschool.  Sophie just went to the Doctor for her 3 year checkup and she weights 31 pounds. She also received two shots and is the proud owner of two princess band-aids. 
 
Chris is doing well in school, his schedule is a little lighter this fall and it is nice having him around. Also we *may* have a couple people interested in our house so fingers crossed! I refuse to get excited until I have an offer on the table though.

We have our Halloween decorations up already and are ready for the fall weather to roll in!
